Ingredients:
- 200 ml light coconut milk
- 30-40g Nekohama matcha chocolate
- 2g Nekohama matcha
- 75 ml water
- ice
Method:
- Warm the milk and melt matcha chocolate.
- Mix the 2 together and froth using a hand-held frother or machine.
- Make matcha
- Assemble the drink: to a serving glass, add ice and pour in milk mixture. Pour matcha and serve!
