 Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup yellow seedless grapes
 - Sparkling water (no sugar, grape is best)
 - 2g Nekohama matcha
 - 75 ml hot water
 
 
  
 
   
 
 
 
  
 
 
 Method:
- Wash the grapes, remove from the stem, put on a tray and freeze for at least 2 hours. This will be our edible "ice".
 - When ready to serve, add frozen grapes to a glass, pour sparkling water over and top with matcha.
