 Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 75g oats (old fashioned kind)
 - 1-2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
 - 3g (~ 3 scoops) Nekohama matcha
 - 125g oat milk
 - 1 ripe banana, mashed + extra for garnish
 - 1/2 tsp maple or agave syrup
 - 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
 - Nekohama matcha chocolate, chopped
 - Neutral oil for greasing the baking dish
 
 
  
 
   
 
 
 
  
 
 
 Method:
- In a small bowl mix mashed banana, sweetener, peanut butter and oat milk.
 - In another bowl mix oats, matcha powder and coconut.
 - Combine the two together, transfer into a greased baking dish. Top with matcha chocolate and banana slices.
 - Bake in the preheated oven at 180C (350 F) for 15-20 mins.
